2. What railway station should I dis-embark on to be closer to Hotel Geetanjali
We are close to Hyderabad Nampally and Hyderabad Kachiguda railway stations. We recommend all travelers choose one of these to dis-embark as they are about 10 min taxi ride to our hotel and will help in reducing travel time. All the trains that arrive to the twin cities of Hyderabad-Secunderabad will end in one of the above stations. 

3. Do you have electricity back up

6. What is the maximum number of people that can stay in any room

Our rooms are designed to provide maximum comfort for 2 adults. From time to time, we permit an additional person based on each individual case for an additional fees for extra beds. Please note that we do not charge for  children under 12 occupying the same room without an extra bed. Age 12 and older are considered adults.

7. Do you provide pick up service from the railway station and airport

For air travelers we do provide pick up service but subject to availability. Although we recommend a direct taxi from the airport which works out to be more economical to our customers. Another way our customers save money 

Book 3 or more rooms and we will pick you up from the major hyderabad railway stations for NO Charge (for 3 rooms, Max 7 adults). No extra charge for children under 12.

8. Are there any restrictions on families or people travelling with young children.
We are proud to be one of the most family friendly and business traveler friendly hotels in Hyderabad. We provide Free Wi-Fi to all our guests so they can stay connected whenever they want.

For families we provide Vacation packages that are designed to provide maximum comfort with children

9. How much advance deposit amount is required to make a reservation
If you are booking using your credit card on our online payment Gateway that provides confirmation online, you will be charged by our ResAvenue our credit card payment processor. You will pay 6% of the total tariff that to get a confirmed reservation online, and the remaining bill can be settled when you arrive at the hotel in any payment method(cash or credit card)
If you are booking through Hotel Geetanjali Reservation System that requires slightly longer processing time, we will require 30% deposit.

10. What is the  check out time
Check out time is 12 pm. Please note that all customers are required to provide photo identification during check-in to verify identify and to ensure security. This is absolutely necessary.

11. How much advance notice do you need to make a confirmed reservation.

This depends on what you want to book, and when you want to book.  For example during summer A/c rooms are in high demand

Additionally if you use our automated online payment system availability information is updated regularly. Please use this system if you are paying by a credit/debit payment method.

We recommend you take such factors into account and contact us as soon as you make travel plans. Oct-Feb is our peak season and during that time we recommend atleast 6-8 weeks if you plan to arrive in Hyderabad during the peak season 

12.What is the fees for Early check out or canceling reservations

For Early Check out no refunds will be offered. No-Shows incur 100% retention.  

Discounted room rates are non-refundable.

If you paid normal room rates, and cancel your reservation before arrival, the following fees apply.

For Vacation Package Customers, minimum 50% Cancellation policy will apply

Please Note:Credit Card Processing Fees that are charged by banks are non-refundable

13. What types of payment do you accept

We accept cheques, demand drafts, online banking transfers and all major debit & credit cards(VISA/MC only)
For customer paying by credit/debit cards, additional transaction costs of 3% will also apply

For customers paying by credit card over the phone. Please use the credit card authorization form

14. Please tell me more about your Vacation Packages
Our Vacation packages are designed to take away a lot of the problems when you travel. Whether it is your desire to stay within a budget, or to plan your trip ahead in advance, we will accommodate any reasonable request for customers who choose our Vacation Packages

15. Do you provide site seeing tours

Please note, Hotel Geetanjali does not directly provide site seeing tours. However for customers choosing our Vacation Packages, we negotiate significantly lower site seeing tour prices with local tour operators. Our Vacation Packages provide a range of services inclusive of all taxes, for a very low fixed price

16. I want to take one of the packages but stay longer than the package duration

Vacation packages are meant to be a guide to help you plan your stay. You can always make reservations for longer durations or extend your stay while at the hotel(subject to availability & prices). 

For customers making advance reservations for longer durations, we will price the package accordingly with the best rates for all services. Please remember that if you are planning to extend your stay while at the hotel, we may not be able to guarantee all services in the package at the discounted rate. Hence, it is always recommended to reserve in advance if you plan to stay longer. 

17. What if I check out before staying through the full length of the package. For example if I made advance reservations for 5 days and booked a family vacation package but I had to check out due to personal reasons after 3 days

We negotiate significant discounts for our package customers with local businesses that require advance payments from us. Hence, no refunds would be offered if you check out  earlier than planned. However, in extreme cases(medical emergencies etc) we may be able to offer partial refunds

18. Do you offer discounts on room accommodations

We do provide discounts, but being a budget hotel our budgets are very tight so our scope of extending discounts to our guests is limited to early bookings, group bookings, long term stays, weddings. 

19. We are a large group and would like to book your hotel for our vacation trip. 
For large groups greater than 15 people, we recommend contacting atleast one month in advance to avail of best rates. Send us a email at with details about your group and any custom services you require and we will price it for you

Please remember Oct-Feb is our peak season, and if you are a big group the earlier you book, the more chances you have of getting confirmed booking and better rates.

 
20. What are security measures at the hotel
All common areas in the hotel are monitored 24/7 by close circuit cameras. Additionally we have security personnel at the entrance of the hotel to ensure only legitimate persons enter the facility. Additionally we require photo identification from guests during check-in

We have hosted a lot of wedding groups and understand the pressure and stress on hosts to make sure their guests are comfortable and have a nice experience during the wedding. Wedding groups are very welcome. Please contact us directly and make sure you mention that it is a wedding group.

22. What is the best time to visit Hyderabad

The best time to visit Hyderabad is from October  - Feb. This is our peak tourist season and draws tourist to Hyderabad from all over the country due to the mild weather. Please also note that since this is the peak season, we are usually sold out several weeks in a row and we suggest that tourists/travelers contacts us at least 6 weeks in advance to make sure we have their desired  accommodation
